Sol has been a lisenced nassage therapist since 1998. She specializes in Mana Lomi, which is a traditional Hawaiian massage in the lineage of Dr.Maka' ala Yates D.C.and Auntie Margaret from the Big Island. Mana Lomi can be translated as the " Life- force of Lomi". Lomi or Lomi Lomi describes a concept that involves the movement of energy- communicating through the soft tissues of the body, deep into the bones of the individual. This gives room for the client to allow the practitioner to go as deep as they can tolerate, yet be non-invasive while achieving a desired outcome. It is at the bone level that all memory is stored from past traumas, injuries and emotional links.Hot stones are also used depending on individual needs.
Sol also incorporates other modalities , such as Cranio Sacral therapy, Back Walking, Neuromuscular and Sports massage, as well as Reiki energy work and Aromatherapy.
I look forward to working with you and sharing this beautiful Mana.

Sol is available Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10:00-6:00
